1.1. Direct Discounts is a trading name of Trade Forward Electrical Wholesalers Ltd.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Direct Discounts and you. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2.1. Each order for goods is treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
2.2. To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. Order acknowledgements do not constitute acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed once payment has been received.
2.3. We may use information including credit reference checks to assess orders and protect against fraud.
2.4. If payment cannot be authorised, we may invite alternative payment methods or decline the order.
2.5. The total cost includes product price, optional services, and applicable delivery charges.
2.6. Prices are confirmed at the time of order. Prices may change due to supplier increases, taxes, or errors. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.7. Prices accessed via third-party websites are only valid when purchasing through those links.
2.8. Products and offers are subject to availability.
2.9. “ASP” refers to after-sale pricing; “RRP” refers to recommended retail pricing.
2.10. Product descriptions and images are supplied by manufacturers or public sources and may occasionally contain errors.
2.11. Accessories and specifications may change at the manufacturer’s discretion.
2.12. We accept major credit and debit cards, cheques, and cash (subject to clearance).
2.13. Accurate billing details must be provided. Orders are processed only after payment authorisation.
2.14. Title of goods passes on delivery and reverts to us upon return.
2.15. If goods cannot be supplied, payment will be refunded without further liability.
2.16. Promotional warranties must be registered with the manufacturer where applicable.
3.1. Delivery charges apply and vary by order.
3.2. Free delivery offers apply only to selected items, locations, or periods.
3.3. Delivery is made to the cardholder’s registered address.
3.4. Delivery times are based on working days.
3.5. Standard delivery times range from 2–7 working days for stocked items.
3.6. Delivery dates are estimates and delays may occur.
3.7. Missed deliveries without notice may incur additional charges.
3.8. Goods must be inspected on delivery.
3.9. Any property damage must be reported immediately.
Direct Discounts do not accept liability for water leakage or damage.
We do not install integrated appliances or gas/electric cooking appliances.
5.1. Goods must be collected within specified timeframes with valid ID.
5.3. A contact number is required for collections.
5.4. Goods must be collected within 7 working days once notified.
6.1. You may cancel within 14 working days from delivery or collection.
6.2. Returns must be notified in writing or by email.
6.3. Unsealed audio, video, or software items are non-refundable.
6.4. In-store purchases incur a 20% restocking fee.
